About Me
My name is Fiona Rajan and I live in stockport. For 14 years I have been battling with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I have had therapy and treatment for my condition have finally emerged out of the ashes.
About 3 years ago I decided to tell people of my experiance. I was shocked to find many people have and are in similar situation to what I have been in. Therefore I launched this website, a YouTube Channel Facebook and a Twitter page to help those people with depression through communication, identification and direction.
I have decided to get directly involved with people with this condition. I know I needed it; my experiance alone have motivated me to do this. I will be available anytime to speak to and if you are interested join in a small recovery plan that I have started.
