The D-Recover Plan (Depression Recovery Plan) is a plan that we have created to help people with borderline depression or depression, Anxiety, Suicidal thoughts, Insomia and other mental health issues that does not require medical attention or if you are currently receiving medical treatment, yet need some extra help.

Who Is It For?

  • Anyone who may think they are depressed or facing a difficult stage in life or someone who has noticed a significant change in their mood, attitude, sleeping and eating pattern.
  • Anyone who would like to gain knowledge on depression.
  • Anyone over the age of 16.
  • Anyone who requires general motivation.

What does the D-Recover Plan include?

The D-Recover Plan is a 5 Week course that anyone with mild to moderate depression can sign up for.  It focusses on insomnia, anxiety, loss of motivation, fear, weight loss or weight gain, eating habbits, social status, lack of interest to do anything, internet addiction etc.

  • Weekly e-mail of targets to acheive with easy set goals.
  • Personal Call back advise (If you are struggling or need specific advise all you would have to do is e-mail or text and I will call you back to have a chat)
  • Weekly motivational video and Phone discussion of issues that you are faced with in the course.
  • Weekly feedback analysis of progress
  • At the end of the 5 weeks you will be concluded whether you have been successful or require furhter attention.
  • At the successful completion, the participant will get a gift as a reward sent to their home address!!!

How can you join and what are the requirements?

  • You will need to be over the age of 16.
  • You will need to register to this website and e-mail me the following information.

   - Full Name

   - E-mail Address

   - Contact Telephone number (optional but strongly recommended)

   - Address (Only required after week five)

  • Once you send the e-mail to join, I wll send you a questionaire that will be used to determine the level of depression you are in, whether you may require medical care, and any other illness that may clash with the course.
  • Once you have completed and sent the form back to me, I will then send you weekly goals for you to reach - this would be tailored to your age, personality and daily routine. This way it is highly convenient and achievable.
  • If you are suicidal, please contact emergency service! This would not be beneficial at that very moment, however once you think you are under control you will be free to sign up.
  • At anytime if you feel that it is getting hard or if you are require change or anything at all, you can e-mail or text me and I will call you back to have a chat.
  • Every week you will be sent a motivational video.
  • You will also be contacted (with your permission) each week to discuss your progress.
